CGC 2024

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, the number of people who already knew me (me, and Sully too) is incredible! Thank you for your kind words, I was once again able to see "in real life" how much my little comics mean to you.
Several people timidly asked if I could write a little note on the back of the postcards, and I think I'm at least as touched as you are when asked! I'll even make a mini-poster to say that it's totally okay!
Such an event requires so much energy from me as an autistic person that I wasn't daring enough to do this convention again. My last participations date back to 2010-11, when I was staff with the Genkibaka association and it was called Japan Event. It was colleagues from @appuyculture, notably @natalicerisier, who motivated me by saying we would ask to have booths side by side.
The event ended with the surprise of an illustration prize!!

Which was on the theme "heroes and volcanoes" and for which I had made these 2 illustrations:

I was so happy to see Quentin become project manager, to see that @_.sayumi._ and many "veterans" were still on staff, and that it's always chill and welcoming.
On site, I had the support of 2 great friends, aka Taty and Nyu from @pause.reliure. On Sunday, my sister @mmedingding came to my rescue, still with Taty!
Thanks to Sandrine from @volcanic_arts who allowed me to have badges and made me want to invest in my machine!
Thanks to Xavier from @latelier.du.pivert for contributing to the booth decor by helping me cut my wooden characters.
Also, congratulations to my buddies @lady_.pumpkin_ and @sam_irl_and_co who were invited and are long-time creator friends from the Player's Bar era. Dadoo must be so proud of his little team of young people (a bit less young now) from Player's.
